How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process your order within 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping back the item to us. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost return shipments. If you would like to return an item please email us at: info@betifon.com with your name and reason for return.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US usually takes between 5-10 business days.

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped via First Class or Priority USPS Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally to almost all countries. Orders shipped outside the U.S are subject to custom duties specific to the destination country. Betifon is not responsible for these fees.

What type of payments do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to order from your store?

No you do not need PayPal to order from our store. You may use PayPal if you have an account.

Is my information safe?

Yes all orders are processed by PayPal, which automatically encrypts all your private information using SSL security with an 128 character encryption which is the highest security commercially available. Your privacy is important to us and we make sure your information is kept confidential.
